Hachfest is a three-day open air live music festival, held on the outskirts of the pretty, Suffolk Village of Hacheston, conveniently situated just of the A12, about 15 miles from the county town of Ipswich.

The event has proved extremely popular, since its inception, by local businessman, Alan Mutimer, and has very quickly evolved from the original evening of 3 live bands on a curtainsider, to the full weekend festival it is now, with over 30 acts, on purpose built stages, top notch site facilities and family

camping!

Please take a while to browse the site, and we hope you might consider joining us this year, for what promises to be the best Hachfest yet!

Exclusive! The Wild Oats to reunite!

Sensational local covers band from the 60's to reform for Hachfest '08!!!

One of the biggest success stories of the local music scene, back in the mid-Sixties, had to be Leiston band, The Wild Oats.

Not only were they wildly popular in their native suffolk but also had a great degree of success nationally too, and we are very honoured that they have agreed to reform and perform a special one-off set for us on Friday 18th July 2008!  Don't miss it!!

One of our performers, Slide, from Hachfest '07!
